MET CON? Our metabolic conditioning workouts are designed to consume maximum calories, incorporating movements that improve functional and general capacity. We create an oxygen deficit through targeting multiple energy pathways which promote heightened metabolic activity for hours post workout.
9:45am - 10:30am Prime Fitness
Our Prime Fitness class is circuit based and aimed at participants 60+. The workout is fast paced, and challenging, aimed at improving functional strength.
6:30 - 7:30pm TENNIS Fit
Functional strength program specifically designed to improve movement patterns, and court performance for tennis players.
